PLAUSIBLE BULLSHIT (THE FUN PART)
Quantum Network (35%): Time anomaly tracking at -0.3ms based on "unpeer-reviewed prepapers." The Challenge Hub gamification works. The citizen anomaly log works. The actual quantum physics? That's the sand castle โ beautiful, internally consistent, and the tide's coming in.
Okonkwo's 0.73 Hz Aquifer Pulse: Real aquifers have measurable pressure waves. Real-time subsonic monitoring exists. But a rhythmic "heartbeat" that predicts flooding 18 hours out while fish position themselves on safe limestone? That's Samuel being Samuel โ 60% real physics, 40% narrative magic.
The Thermal River Economic Indicator: Actually... this one might be real. Nuclear plant thermal discharge DOES correlate with grid demand. The economic proxy concept has precedent (satellite nighttime light studies, traffic pattern analysis). Could you write a real paper? Maybe. 75% plausible.
Edge Processing Preventing OPSEC Leaks: Real concern, real solution pattern. The specific implementation (Raspberry Pi edge nodes near military installations) would face procurement/security hurdles in practice but the architecture is sound. 80% plausible.

Skilljar and Khan Academy are real companies. OPA has no relationship with either one, and the enrolment figures on these three cards are invented — they are what plugging in would look like, at the scale this campus is designed for. Nobody is enrolled in anything. The percentage under each card rates whether the integration is technically buildable; it was never a claim that it exists.
Both are named here on purpose, because both are things the builder actually used rather than names picked off a list. Khan Academy is where User Zero taught himself algebra through Calculus II from a standing start — the sprint is Story 12 in The Systems Detective, and it is the reason a free K-12 platform sits in a college architecture at all. Skilljar is the LMS behind Anthropic’s own course catalog — a live, free, checkable example of exactly the pattern this card describes.
The house rule that put this box here: a real organization may not carry an invented number without the invention being named in the same breath. The plausibility meters below were pointed at the physics and never at the partnerships — good instrument, wrong target.
